I called and said I had not ordered it so they sent an envelope to return it. Next thing I knew I had a phone sent to me. The person said fine but make sure you call back and order it from us. After talking with the rep, I told them I had to hold off on buying the device until I could make sure I could get away from sprint. I have this app tv and internet and have been happy with it.
